PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although Food Services strives to advertise only items that are available, it is possible that certain items may not be available at the time of your order. Adding a product to your basket does not guarantee availability. If an item in your order is not available, a customer service agent will contact you using the information provided with the order as well as that contained in your user profile. You may then choose to modify or cancel your order.
COMPLAINTS AND/OR RETURNS
In the case of an error with your order, at curbside or at the pick-up, please call Food Services at (613) 996-2544 to report the problem. Food Services will exchange the product, complete your order or issue a credit, as applicable , to correct the mistake. We strives to continually improve and welcome your comments and suggestions.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Once the products have been received or delivered, you are solely responsible for their condition and consumption. Improper washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking and consumption of food may lead to food poisoning and other health hazards.
